In a break from their normal meeting format VanLUG will be joining Free Geek to hold a computer hardware drive on June 18th at 7:30 at their new warehouse at 117 East 2nd Avenue (between Main & Quebec).

Half of the proceeds from this event are being donated to Free Geek Vancouver so spread the word! We need volunteers to help manage bike parking, sell and take tickets, and run the info table. This year's event is being held at the Van East Cinema (near the Broadway Skytrain Station) and includes indoor secure bike parking. Sign up for a 1/2 hour shift now. Tix are $10. Free Geek will have a Geek Booth at the Festival in Robson Square (across Robson St. from the Vancouver Art Gallery).
